Job summary

A leading consultancy in Singapore is seeking a CRM Specialist to drive the adoption of Salesforce tools across APAC. The role requires expertise in Salesforce and data analytics, alongside a proven track record in Sales Operations. You will develop training programs and enhance commercial insights for effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SFDC.
  • Minimum 5 years in Sales Operations or related fields.
  • Salesforce admin or Sales/Marketing cloud certification is highly desired.

Job Descriptions

  • Be the change agent for CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce.com - SFDC) and dashboard/reporting tool (e.g. SFDC reports and Tableau) to drive adoption of Sales users across APAC.
  • Capable of connecting sales or marketing related processes to the SFDC utility setup with multiple objects such as Opportunity, Account, Activity, Contact, Dashboard/ Reporting, Campaign, Lead, etc.
  • Subject matter expert for the sales and marketing SFDC end users to advise on how to utilize the capability of SFDC for account management, opportunity management, activity management and campaign/lead management processes.
  • Able to leverage the data inputs from SFDC to drive actionable commercial insights to grow opportunities pipeline and sales effectiveness.
  • Responsible for setting up the account hierarchy in SFDC to link the parent and child accounts to drive sales reporting data quality.
  • Develop training material and conduct the training for SFDC & reporting tools to create awareness on how to leverage SFDC & reporting tools for sales/marketing processes.
  • Establish consistent communication to Sales champions on the monthly highlights on online portal or newsletter.
  • Support in organizing cross functional commercial related meetings and facilitating workshops for SFDC related topics.
  • Collaborate with global SFDC and Commercial insight business partners to operationalize the enhancements requested by the sales and marketing end users.
  • Work with the IT team to solve the technical challenges of SFDC and maintain the data hygiene of SFDC.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing or related discipline
  • Salesforce admin or Sales/Marketing cloud certification holder is highly desired
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience for SFDC
  • Minimum 5 years of Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Excellence or Sales Effectiveness, etc.
  • Experienced using data analytics (on tableau/SFDC) to drive commercial outcome
  • Ability to navigate across ambiguity and enjoy solving complex problem
  • Great stakeholders management or project management skill is a strong plus
  • Experience working in MNC and matrix organization in the commercial environment
