Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Director to build and operationalize JOOLA’s regional sales engine across Asia Pacific. This role reports directly to the APAC Managing Director and is responsible for bringing structure, analytics, and channel excellence to help our sales teams scale effectively. You’ll translate strategy into execution - consolidating sales performance across markets, defining channel strategy, and enabling each country team to drive growth through sharper commercial visibility and discipline.

What You'll Do
  • Build and operationalize the APAC commercial and sales enablement framework
  • Consolidate and analyze sales data across markets to generate actionable insights
  • Define regional channel, pricing, and promotional strategy in partnership with local GMs
  • Optimize distributor contracts, trade terms, and commercial ROI tracking
  • Introduce sales cadence, playbooks, and performance dashboards to strengthen execution
  • Drive operational excellence and day-to-day commercial rhythm, freeing up MD bandwidth for strategic growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • 12+ years of commercial, key account, or sales leadership experience, ideally within consumer, sporting goods, or retail sectors
  • Proven ability to build or scale commercial structures, not just operate within them
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with sales data and performance metrics
  • Experience working across multiple Asian markets with distributor and retail partners
  • Hands-on, pragmatic mindset suited for a lean, entrepreneurial setup
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior local GMs across diverse markets
