Job Summary

Under the direction of the founder of OnTheList, this role streamlines sourcing and purchasing processes across geographies, builds and monitors operational reporting and tools, and identifies productivity improvement opportunities among internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing sourcing and purchasing processes across markets to identify dysfunctions and disparities, enabling targeted optimization
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations to align management teams on process improvements
  • Design updated operational processes using video and written materials, and deliver training to teams across APAC and the Middle‑East to ensure consistent adoption
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by researching and integrating best practices internally and externally
  • Coordinate project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met throughout implementation
  • Evaluate current reporting tools, templates, and forms against target processes to identify enhancement opportunities
  • Prepare and coordinate operational reporting and KPIs, and conduct specific analyses upon request to support data‑driven decision‑making
  • Train teams on new tools and developments, and monitor their effective utilization to maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to write detailed functional specifications and operational procedures for data management systems
  • Optimize data filing, sharing, and team collaboration processes to improve productivity and cross‑functional communication
  • Develop and update collection planning based on regional and process‑specific requirements, aligning all stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution
  • Monitor adherence to collection plans, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency
