Requirements

  • Ambitious with a strong desire for success and have a commercial mindset.

  • Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.

  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office products and CRM systems.

Responsibilities
  • Researching and pursuing new markets, clients or partnerships.

  • Generate leads and convert them into customers.

  • Develop strategies for market entry and expansion.

  • Negotiate deals and close new business.

  • Drive profitable sales growth on new customers with sales team and sales agents.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.

  • Set and reach ambitious sales growth targets together with the sales team and sales agents.

  • Secure full compliance with Maritec Naias’ sales governance for their own portfolio.

  • Ensure accurate and updated information is provided in their own accounts on Salesforce.

  • Contract management, make sure that accounts adhere to all terms, including credit.

  • Implement and follow up on campaigns/offers.

  • Collaborate closely with the Credit team, monitoring account receivables and taking improving actions whenever needed.

  • Responsible for ensuring all client accounts have credit approval limits in place in accordance with the Credit Policy and DLA.

  • Responsible for credit collections and credit risk management related to client portfolio.
