Job summary

Motorola Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Intern to partner with the HR team across Singapore and APAC, assisting benefits and wellbeing projects for the region.

You will support internal communications, vendor coordination, platform updates on benefits sites, and data-driven program evaluations while developing policy guidance and administrative capabilities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating social media content in a professional setting is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote colleagues.
• Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities to successfully execute the duties and tasks of the position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The HR Intern will partner with members of the HR team in Singapore and other cross-functional departments, providing support and participating in employee benefits and wellbeing projects that serve the entire organization across the APAC region.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Internal Communications: Develop well-crafted communications and materials to promote employee awareness and participation in wellbeing programs. Create captivating copywriting campaigns, digital posters, and visually stunning presentations.

• Vendor Management: Work with HR vendors to set up wellbeing events and programs, ensuring timely roll-outs. Participate in vendor meetings to articulate our requirements and track project progress.

• Platform Enhancement: Update and enhance the internal benefits website to promote employee awareness of existing benefits programs.

• Data & Metrics: Develop effective measures to track employee participation and evaluate the success of wellbeing programs.

• Policy Development: Develop a policy perspective by assisting in the drafting of benefits policies for the APAC region.

• Operational Support: Assist with process improvement, data analysis, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements
