Job summary

State Street AIS APAC seeks a Senior Vice President to lead Alternative Investment Solutions operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Hangzhou and Manila, delivering end-to-end accountability, resilience and superior client outcomes.

You will shape an integrated APAC operating model, influence strategic growth, and partner with business, product, client service, technology and finance leaders to enable scalable regional growth and revenue expansion across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business management or related discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to present to senior audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• 20+ years of financial services experience, including senior leadership of large multi-location operations.
• Extensive experience managing fund accounting, financial reporting and/or alternative investment servicing.
• Proven business unit management experience with complex institutional clients.
• Deep knowledge of financial services with understanding of investment management and private markets.
• CFA, CPA or equivalent qualification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for AIS operations across APAC locations.
• Shape and execute an integrated APAC operating model with end-to-end accountability.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives and client outcomes.
• Lead transformation across technology, process, data, controls and organizational design.
• Own delivery of NAV calculations, financial reporting and investor reporting.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and operational risk management.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive a scalable operating model.
