Job summary

KIRA is seeking Android software engineers to build the native Android experience for its AI Neobank App. This role emphasizes clean user flows, fast performance, and high-quality mobile features used by real customers.

You will work with product and design to simplify journeys, integrate backend APIs, and improve stability, security and memory usage. TensorFlow Lite on‑device AI features may be used where they genuinely enhance the user journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Android development with Kotlin.
• Strong Android fundamentals and production app shipping.
• Experience with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern architecture.
• Good mobile UX sense and handling edge cases.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
• Portfolio: app links or shipped work is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Create clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and financial services.
• Work with product and design to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend APIs and ensure flows are stable and secure.
• Improve app performance, crash rate, loading states and memory usage.
• Use analytics and production issues to improve the product.
• Build AI-assisted mobile experiences where they improve the user journey.
