Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead GP for the clinic, providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care.
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Work closely with the founding partners to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of integrated health programs (e.g. preventive medicine, chronic care, mental wellness)
• Participate in business development initiatives and decision-making as a shareholder.

Who We're Looking For

• Fully licensed medical doctor in Singapore (with valid SMC registration).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit.
