Visa Direct is a payment service that Visa provides to clients (issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants and service providers) to facilitate fund transfers/disbursements to Visa accounts around the world using push payment technology, i.e., Original Credit Transaction (OCT). Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfer, person to micro-business transfer (e.g., payments to landscaper), funds disbursement (e.g., insurance claim disbursements), bill payment, cross-border remittance and more. Currently, the push payments market around the world is estimated to be an 80T USD opportunity.
This role will report into the Head of Visa Direct Sales for Asia Pacific on the Visa Direct Specialized Sales Team. This team sits at the cross-section of sales and product with a mandate to accelerate growth for Visa Direct across the Asia Pacific region. The Analyst, Visa Direct Business Development and Portfolio Management is a hybrid role covering both new sales and account management. The role will support business development sales activities to accelerate Visa Direct adoption and growth across the Asia Pacific region as well as managing key clients (Banks, Enablers, FinTech’s and merchants) to ensure continued transaction growth and adoption of new solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a new ecosystem in the fast-moving world of payments and one of the most important initiatives at Visa.commercial deal origination for Enablers and Banks on the Visa Direct Asia Pacific sales team. The role operates in a fast paced, agile environment, so this person must be proactive and excel with internal and external partners to ensure we achieve our goals.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
