This role involves collaborating with key analysts through push and pull programs, which contribute to Zoom’s positive market position. This includes effective communication of vision, strategy, product direction, customer success, and market position.
As part of Zoom's Market Insights team, the Analyst Relations Manager will have responsibility for select industry analyst and influencer relations. You will work closely with other members of the Product, Solutions, and Industry Marketing team and cross‑functional groups. You will help to advance Zoom's position as a leading UCaaS and CCaaS vendor with the analyst / influencer in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions.
