About the Role

This position involves meeting regulatory expectations by conducting quarterly BSC reviews and internal investigations related to market misconduct by representatives.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Fulfilling BSC framework requirements through reviews, customer surveys, Mystery Shopping cases, and assigning quarterly BSC grades to representatives and supervisors.
  2. Conducting investigations by interviewing relevant parties, assessing documentary evidence, and providing outcomes.
  3. Preparing investigation reports with assessments and recommendations.
  4. Implementing disciplinary actions according to Market Conduct Standards.
  5. Analyzing trends to identify high-risk representations and agencies.
  6. Reviewing portfolios of high-risk representatives using data analysis.
  7. Advising partners on BSC-related matters.
  8. Performing additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma qualification.
  • Experience in insurance sales advisory preferred.
  • Market conduct and/or Balanced Scorecard experience preferred.
  • CMFAS 5, 9, and HI certifications are advantageous.
