Purpose of the role

Procurement Administrator responsible for the vendor onboarding engagement and daily administrative management of MSA/SOWs/NDAs and any other documents required by MUFG’s policies and procedures

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high quality of service to enhance the function's reputation and meet customer's expectations.
  • Work in partnership with external vendors to co-ordinate administration of MSA/SOW/NDA and any other contracts and agreement
  • Carry out prospective vendor due diligence
  • Complete the onboarding of new and legacy vendors into MUFG Procurement system
  • Update Procurement User Manuals
  • Generate reports from Procurement system
  • Monitor and ensure completeness of all necessary documents in compliance with MUFG’s policies and procedures
  • Assist in the inventory control and issuance of mobile devices
  • Handle projects or any other matters as instructed by HOD or Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree qualified
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Procurement Administration or Contract Management Role
  • Excellent skill in negotiation with external parties in contractual issues.
  • Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance and contractual terminology. Good understanding and experience of outsourcing, vendor management as well as related risk and governance activities.
  • Good reading, writing and language skills.
  • Meticulous with good organising skill.
  • Must be solutions oriented, ability to work with all levels of management and staff
