Key Responsibilities
  • Contract creation/amendments and contra processing of equities and fixed income trades across local and global markets
  • Daily reconciliation of trade capture in backoffice system against broker confirmations and clients’ trade confirmations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Securities reconciliation with Custodian agents, identify gaps and resolve discrepancies promptly
Qualification requirement
  • Experience in the financial industry with a good understanding of regional and global markets trading and reconciliation would be an added advantage.
  • You write and speak effectively and are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • You possess attention to detail, analytical skills and able to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • You are an excellent team player.
  • You have the flexibility and ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.
