Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate to lead method development and validation in a laboratory environment. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO17025 and providing mentorship to technical staff. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in QC microbiology within GMP standards. Competitive salary up to $3500.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in method validation, transfer & qualification.
• Strong knowledge of ISO17025, cGMP, Project Management & Measurement Uncertainty.

🕒 Work Schedule: 5 days, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform method development & validation (e.g., bioassay, mycoplasma)
• Review and interpret analytical results for client projects
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) & liaise with customers (including site visits)
• Prepare SOPs, protocols, and reports
• Ensure compliance with ISO17025 / cGMP standards
• Support audits, investigations & continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor technical staff & assist Laboratory Manager

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Science
• Min 1 years’ QC microbiology experience in ISO17025 / GMP laboratory
• Hands‑on experience in method validation, transfer & qualification
• Strong knowledge of ISO17025, cGMP, Project Management & Measurement Uncertainty
