Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Analyst, Financial Systems & Projects – APAC on a 12-month contract to support SUN AWS Migration and PEP Deployment across the APAC region, ensuring migration readiness, deployment execution, system adoption, and post-implementation support for Hilton hotels.

You will work with regional teams, hotel finance users, deployment partners, and vendors on data validation, testing, planning, issue tracking, documentation, reporting, and cross-country coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, financial systems, systems implementation, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with hotel finance operations and financial or enterprise systems.
• Experience in data review, testing, issue tracking, process documentation, and project status reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and follow up on discrepancies.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Good team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Review SUN AWS migration data and validation results for each database to support completeness, accuracy, and migration readiness.
• Gather, track, and document enhancement requests, project issues, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions throughout the migration process.
• Support project coordination, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), migration readiness reviews, and deployment planning.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, migration guides, workaround procedures, and other project documentation.
• Review PEP simulation and migration results and communicate readiness observations to participating hotels and project stakeholders.
• Monitor OA delivery timelines and follow up on issues that may affect deployment schedules.
• Coordinate with hotel users, regional stakeholders, project teams, and vendors across multiple countries and time zones.
• Assist with deployment, cutover, and post-migration stabilization activities, including issue tracking and follow-up support.
• Prepare project status updates, action registers, presentations, and reporting materials used for management review.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Director, Financial Systems & Projects – APAC

The Analyst, Financial Systems & Projects – Asia Pacific (APAC) (12 months’ contract) will provide project and operational support for the SUN AWS Migration and PEP Deployment programs across the APAC region. This role plays an important part in ensuring successful migration readiness, deployment execution, system adoption, and post-implementation support across Hilton hotels in APAC.

Working closely with regional project teams, hotel finance users, deployment teams, and vendors, the Analyst will support data validation, testing, deployment planning, issue management, documentation, reporting, and project coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle.
