Job summary

A Singapore-based private equity firm is looking for a candidate to participate in the full investment process, including evaluating opportunities and preparing financial documents. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in finance, a strong interest in private equity, and proficiency in financial modelling. Job description

You will have end-to-end participation in the full private equity investment process, focusing on evaluating investment opportunities, analysing potential exit strategies, preparing reports, prospectus and supporting the execution of asset management strategies. This role may suit somebody with an audit or accounting background wanting to transition to an investment role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with offshore asset management teams on portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting and asset management plans, including marketing strategies to optimise income and value of our assets.
  • Assist in preparing investment and asset management reports, forecast and budgets.
  • Prepare financial models to facilitate strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Prepare investment documents including marketing teasers, investment memorandums and other presentations as required.
  • Assist in the investment transactions from end-to-end, including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution.
Job Requirements
  • This role is Singapore based.
  • Degree in business or finance or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interest in the private equity industry or property industry.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining financial model and PowerPoint presentations.
