Job Description
Purpose of the role

The candidate will support the design, set-up, and management of research projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. The role involves assisting in client servicing activities, contributing to maintaining good client relationships, and supporting business development and opportunities.

Scope of the role

This role supports end-to-end research project execution, from questionnaire design and fieldwork coordination to data analysis and reporting. The candidate will work closely with project managers and other internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality outputs. The role also involves assisting in client communication, preparing presentation materials, and contributing analytical insights to support client recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of research projects, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with client requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis to generate clear and insightful findings. Apply basic to intermediate analytical techniques when required.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and visual summaries that highlight key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in client presentations and debriefs, contributing analytical inputs and observations where relevant.
  • Maintain awareness of market research trends and competitor activities to enhance one's analytical and technical skills.
