Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in financial crime compliance quality control or assurance within payments/fintech/financial services.
• Strong AML/CTF and KYC knowledge.
• Experience in conducting reviews, preparing findings, and supporting remediation tracking.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into clear insights.

Aufgaben

• Conduct QC reviews on AML processes including KYC, due diligence, sanctions, and name screening.
• Oversee, train, and mentor QC team members across global outsourcing sites.
• Evaluate execution of procedures against policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify control gaps or deviations and escalate findings with clear risk articulation.
• Produce timely QC reports highlighting findings, trends, and remediation plans.
• Track remediation activities through to completion and ensure issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain MI dashboards to provide senior management visibility of risks.
• Partner with FCC Operations, Compliance, and Tech to improve QC frameworks and controls.
