Bank of America Singapore seeks a Full-Time AML Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of new clients and ongoing expansion while meeting country standards and CIP/CDD procedures.

You will perform end-to-end AML/CDD onboarding for high-risk clients across APAC, review documentation, and collaborate with Sales, Client Coverage, and GFC to resolve issues. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong AML/CDD and KYC knowledge across APAC jurisdictions.
• Ability to manage BAU onboarding cases while balancing change deliverables and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently and with teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, Copilot.

Responsabilités

• Perform end-to-end AML/CDD onboarding for complex and higher-risk clients across APAC jurisdictions.
• Review client documentation and internal systems to identify AML/CDD requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Client Coverage, and Global Financial Crimes to resolve cases and escalations.
• Support creation of key business metrics.
• Liaise with internal departments to support KYC issues and participate in ad hoc projects.
• Participate in remediations and audits/GFC testing requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate AML processes while maintaining risk controls.
