Job summary

A leading private bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced KYC Analyst to support compliance reviews and mitigate risks associated with high-net-worth clients. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various teams, guide Relationship Managers on KYC updates, and ensure adherence to both internal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in KYC onboarding and a solid understanding of MAS guidelines. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in KYC onboarding, periodic review, or AML roles within private banking or wealth management.
• Solid understanding of private banking operations and MAS 626 guidelines.
• Experience handling AML/CFT regulatory inspections, audits, and strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with key teams across the organization.
• Support compliance reviews and manage KYC/CDD risks.
• Guide Relationship Managers on periodic review submissions and updates.
• Assist with KYC/CDD matters and respond to regulatory queries.
• Review client profiles for compliance and internal standards.
• Conduct client risk assessments for high-risk profiles.
• Perform name screening and transaction reviews.
• Participate in KYC/CDD projects and process improvements.
