Job summary

A semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to design and optimize Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS). Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining transaction management systems, and troubleshooting software issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, coding skills in multiple programming languages, and experience with automation machines. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with automation systems and managing cross-department collaborations.
• Strong coding skills in multiple programming languages and maintaining software.
• Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated systems for AMHS for operational performance.
• Maintain daily operations of XMS and MCS systems ensuring efficiency.
• Analyze business requirements to create technical specs for AHMS software.

Skills

Experience with automation machines from Daifuku and Muratec

Expertise in C, C++, C#, Java, HTML5, SQL, or VBA

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related, electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering
