Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage material requirements based on customer order, forecasts and production orders.
• Work with BDG on Load versu commit,waterfall simmulations and plan change simmulations
• Execute MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to ensure timely Material availability
• Interface with Purchasing on CTB & perform rescheduling as appropriate to optimize the revenue & reduce inventory
• Establish relevant action plans to meet inventory goals and obsolescence control
• Liaise with sales, production, production planner, buyer, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) -Support cross-functional meetings related to planning, demand review, and supply review
• Ensure effective material planning support during engineering changes (ECO/ECN) and new product introductions (NPI)
• Identify planning gaps and recommend improvement actions -Support planning process improvements (e.g. S&OP, MRP optimization, ERP usage)
• Assist in system enhancements or digitalization projects related to planning

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in material planning , manufacturing planning or supply chain
• Experience in ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, LN system) is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel, planning tools and data analysis
• Able to manage complexity and drive change
