Job Scope

• Lead Quantity Surveyor team in post-contract and procurement for fast-track projects.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, cost control, claims processing, contract payments, and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor/supplier quotations, negotiations, and contract awards within budget.
• Handle contractual matters including progress claims, variations, EOT, and loss/expense claims.
• Prepare monthly cost and progress reports for financial tracking and forecasting.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues.
• Support procurement strategies, contract reviews, risk management, and value engineering.
• Evaluate and certify payments, VO submissions, and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, SIA, PSSCOC, and local regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and participate in site meetings, audits, and handovers.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building with min. 5 years’ managerial experience in construction.
• Knowledge of SIA, PSSCOC, REDAS, local costs, materials, and procurement practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software (CostX, Glodon, etc.).
