Job Scope:
Data Management
- Develop and improve data reports for the Office of Alumni Engagement (OAE) and senior management.
- Maintain accurate alumni engagement data (including event participation, CET, volunteerism) by working with various departments.
- Fulfil ad hoc data requests within specified deadlines, and update alumni LinkedIn profiles and notable alumni lists.
- Work with the team lead and senior executive on recruitment, training, and supervision of student helpers for Blackbaud CRM data updates.
Data & IT Project Management
- Collaborate with units like the University Advancement Office (UAO) and Centre for IT Services (CITS) to improve alumni-related IT services.
- Co‑lead and coordinate data/IT projects, and manage technical aspects of the alumni portal. Work with internal and external stakeholders including OAE colleagues, CITS, schools, alumni and vendors.
Operations & Coordination
- Guide and partner with the senior executive in ensuring CRM data accuracy and managing CRM access requests.
- Support data audits and ensure compliance with NTU’s data privacy policies.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Location: Nanyang Drive
Working Hours:
Mon – Thur: 8.30am to 5.45pm (inclusive of 45 mins lunch break)
Fri: 8.30am to 5.15pm (inclusive of 45 mins lunch break)
Salary: $5500-7500/Month
Duration: 1 Year
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Data Analytics or other related fields.
- Advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and skills in data visualizations.
- Familiarity with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), data privacy and governance policies.
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in data and database management, or customer or membership-type platforms/app or IT related-projects.
- Experience in managing others e.g. junior staff will be advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Resourceful and ability to work independently and in a group setting in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of alumni relations and an understanding of the higher education landscape is a plus.
