Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, complete cosmetology or beauty therapy training with valid licenses, and strong communication, listening, and time-management skills to deliver exceptional client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completed cosmetology, aesthetics, or beauty therapy program with regional licensing/certifications.
• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor control required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Hair care: Shampoo, cut, style, color, condition, scalp treatments.
• Skincare & facials: Skin analysis, facials, exfoliation, peels, masks.
• Nail care: Manicures, pedicures, nail art, reconstruction.
• Hair removal: Waxing, threading, electrolysis, or laser treatments.
• Makeup & grooming: Makeup for events, eyebrow shaping, personal grooming advice.
• Sales & admin: Cross-sell products, schedule appointments, process payments, maintain client records.
• Sanitation: Sterilize tools, sanitize stations, keep inventory stocked.
