Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, CV, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with search/recommendation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate with new algorithms or tools.
• Strong product intuition based on user behavior data.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement algorithms for search and recommendation systems.
• Build advanced user behavior models using LLMs.
• Plan the next 6 months roadmap and lead junior members.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
