Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited is seeking an ADP CAT1 Driver to safely operate vehicles within Singapore's airport airside areas, ensuring timely transport of personnel and equipment while strictly following airside rules. You will maintain radio contact with ATC using standard procedures, perform pre- and post-operation inspections, and assist with adhoc airside tasks.

The role requires flexibility for shift work, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class3/4/5 driving licence.
• Valid Category1 ADP issued by the airport authority.
• Knowledge of airside safety protocols and radio communication with ATC.
• Safety-minded, punctual, and able to follow airfield procedures.
• Good physical condition for vehicle inspections and compliance with vehicle standards.
• May involve shift work including mornings, nights, weekends or public holidays.

Job description

The ADP CAT1 Driver is responsible for safely driving vehicles within controlled airport airside areas that require a Category1 Airfield Driving Permit (ADP). This role ensures timely and secure transport of equipment and personnel on airside service roads, adhering strictly to airside safety regulations and communication procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles within airport airside and taxiway areas in compliance with airside rules and guidelines.

• Transport personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials between designated airside locations.

• Maintain constant communication with Air Traffic Control (ATC) and airside control using standard radio-telephony procedures.

• Conduct pre and postoperation vehicle safety inspections and report any defects or incidents.

• Assist with adhoc airside tasks including towing or staging of ground support equipment as required.

• Comply with all airport, Civil Aviation Authority (CAAS), and safety regulations while driving and performing duties.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class3/4/5 Driving Licence.

• Valid Category1 Airfield Driving Permit (ADP) issued by the airport authority.

• Demonstrated knowledge of airside safety protocols and radio communication protocol with ATC.

• Excellent safety mindset, punctuality, and ability to work within operational procedures in an airfield environment.

• Good physical condition and ability to perform vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with vehicle standards.

• May involve shift work, including mornings, night shifts, weekends, or public holidays depending on operational requirements.
