A leading airport services provider in Singapore is seeking an Airport Customer Support Officer to deliver exceptional support to international travellers at Changi Airport. You will assist with electronic forms, guide passengers through automated systems, and ensure compliance with operational guidelines. Job Title: Airport Customer Support Officer
Company/Industry: Government / Airport Services
Location: Changi Airport, Singapore
Salary Range: Up to SGD$2,600 per month
Working Hours / Shift: Shift work between 08:00 – 22:00 (specific roster to be confirmed)

Role Overview:

As part of our airport operations team, you will provide frontline support to international travellers arriving and departing at Changi Airport. You will assist travellers with electronic forms, guide them through automated lanes and kiosks, and deliver a smooth customer experience in a busy, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist travellers in completing SGAC (or similar) electronic forms and check‑in processes.
  • Guide use of automated lanes/kiosk systems for immigration or boarding processes.
  • Provide general traveller support and respond to ad‑hoc enquiries or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with airport operational guidelines and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, airport operations, hospitality or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with travellers of different nationalities.
  • Basic proficiency with computers, tablets or kiosk devices.
  • Able to work shifts including evenings and weekends; must be self‑motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
