Job summary

Airport Customer Service Officer (1-Year Contract)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Hours (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break):

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Support Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays). Shift details will be explained during the screening call. Candidates cannot choose preferred shifts.

Basic Salary: Up to $2,631 per month

Location: Changi Airport (Nearest MRT: Changi Airport)

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site assistance to international travellers with submission of forms on SG Arrival Card and Electronic Health Declaration Card
• Guide travellers in using automated lanes
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Minimum GCE O Levels
• Able to stand for long hours throughout the shift
• Open to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools
• Entry‑level applicants are welcome; on‑the‑job training will be provided
