Job summary

ELITE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. at Changi Airport (Terminal 1–4) is seeking baggage handlers to load, unload and sort passenger baggage, and to support smooth airport operations.

This role requires physical fitness, ability to lift and move baggage, and willingness to work irregular shifts, including weekends and public holidays. You will operate as part of a team, follow instructions, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties.
• Able to lift, carry and move baggage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle, load and unload passengers' baggage safely and efficiently.
• Sort, transfer and arrange baggage according to flight or destination requirements.
• Transport baggage between designated areas.
• Ensure baggage is handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Assist with other baggage handling duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
