A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for Air Export and Import Operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple teams, processing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance for cargo. The ideal candidate should be a team player, meticulous, and have a sense of urgency in their work. This role involves a 5-day work week with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters.
• Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs.
• Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into the system.
• Perform check and verification of compliance for Dangerous Goods and Temperature Control cargo.
• Send pre-alerts to overseas destinations.
• Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment.
• Coordinate with Air Cargo and Warehouse on operation matters.
• Coordinate with vendor for delivery to customer place.
• Monitoring delivery status from Air Cargo to Customer place.
• Ensure smooth operations for receiving and delivery.
• Adhoc visiting terminal for side verification.

• Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo.
• Send pre-alerts to overseas destination.
• Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment.
• Candidate with prior experience in forwarders, ground handling agents or Dangerious Good trained preferred.
• 5 days work week, working hour from 1500 to 0030 with shift allowance.

Air Import Operations

• Coordinate with Air Cargo and Warehouse on operation matters.
• Coordinate with vendor for delivery to customer place.
• Monitoring delivery status from Air Cargo to Customer place.
• Ensure smooth operations for receiving and delivery.
• Adhoc visiting terminal for side verification.
• Candidate with prior experience in similar industry preferred.
• 5 days work week, working hour from 0830 to 1800, rotating off day.
