Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore seeks an individual for freight forwarding tasks, including executing AWB based on client instructions and handling shipment documents. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the industry, demonstrate teamwork capabilities, and respond to customer inquiries efficiently. This role offers a structured workweek of 5.5 days.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding company.
• Able to perform given tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Permit declaration knowledge of Costing and Billing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute AWB based on client and customer service instructions.
• Handle inbound or outbound shipment documents.
• Attend to customer requests via email and telephone.
• Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly.
• Take on additional tasks delegated by Department Supervisor/Manager.

• Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly (sense of urgency) and provide possible suggestions / solutions or assist with recovery actions whenever possible.
• Teamwork capabilities with communication and understanding of workflow.
• Take on additional tasks delegated by Department Supervisor/ Manager.
