Job summary

TP Aerospace is seeking an Aircraft Wheel & Brake Technician Level 1 (SM1) or Level 2 (SM2) to join our Singapore-based team. You will be part of our Wheels and Brakes MRO operations, ensuring airworthiness after maintenance, and have opportunities to progress into certifying staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Diploma or Nitec in Aerospace/Aviation Maintenance, and SMS training. Training and career growth are emphasized in a dynamic, globally oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec in Aerospace/Aviation Maintenance.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Aircraft Wheel & Brake Technician or equivalent.
• Completed Human Factors & Safety Management System (SMS) training.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Work Instructions, CMMs, Operating Procedures and Aviation Regulatory Expositions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Process Paperwork and Parts Control.
• Understand and conduct all processes defined in OEM CMMs.
• Perform disassembly & dismount of aircraft wheel and brake units.
• Perform cleaning and paint removal of aircraft wheels and hardware (bearings and small parts), brake unit/parts.
• Perform inspection and repair of aircraft wheel and brakes.
• Perform assembly and final testing of wheels and brakes.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools related to wheel and brake maintenance and overhaul.
