Full‑Time Traineeship Programme (3 or 5‑year duration)

Rotating Shifts (4242): Morning: 6:30 am‑4:15 pm; Afternoon: 4:00 pm‑1:45 am

Job Responsibilities

Participate in structured training to gain technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in aircraft engine and system maintenance.

Assist with the assembly, disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting and overhaul of aircraft engines, modules and components.

Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, installation or replacement of engine parts, and support compliance with aviation safety and quality standards.

Be proactive in asking questions, learning new processes, contributing to a high reliability environment, and supporting continuous improvement.
