- The program involves a fully-sponsored training program with an allowance over the one-year training period.
- Upon completion of the training, the qualified aircraft engine technician will serve a two-year or four-year bond.

- The three-month classroom training, consisting of theory and practical sessions, will be conducted and assessed by an external training academy.

Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, overhaul of aircraft engines
- Testing and maintenance of engine equipment
- Perform simple operational checks on aircraft system
Requirement
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and other related engineering courses
- Strong interest in technical role within Aviation industry
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Able to perform rotating shift work
