Overview
Aircraft Technician – responsible for the inspection, repair, overhaul and maintenance of aircraft systems, structures, propulsion, avionics and cabin components to meet safety and regulatory standards. Work occurs in airline, MRO and aviation manufacturing settings across Singapore and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance checks on aircraft systems, electrical and electronic components, hydraulic and landing‑gear assemblies, and onboard avionics.
- Disassemble, inspect, repair or replace aircraft parts, perform welding, sheet‑metal work, and electrical wiring tasks as required.
- Conduct functional tests, use diagnostic test sets, and verify airworthiness following national regulations and company procedures.
- Carry out engine support duties, including troubleshooting, testing, and component maintenance.
- Inspect and maintain airframe structures and cabin interior components; perform cleaning, blasting, and coating operations where applicable.
- Document maintenance actions, record critical data, and prepare reports for quality control and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant experience in aerospace maintenance or aviation repair (minimum 2+ years).
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, avionics and electrical systems.
- Hands‑on ability to fabricate, repair, and assemble aircraft parts.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness and the ability to follow work instructions.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Certification or licence in aircraft maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory for all positions.
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 28,000 to SGD 120,000 annually, depending on experience and role.
- Additional compensation: 9% salary increment after 4‑month probation, shift allowance (SGD 250), AWS (up to 13th month), variable bonus up to 4 months, and other allowances.

Work Schedule
