Job summary

Oriental Aviation International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced spray painter to handle aircraft and component part coatings. The role requires preparing surfaces, masking, mixing paints, and applying primer and final coats using HVLP spray equipment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on spray painting experience in industrial or automotive finishing, and be able to work in a team as well as rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• No minimum education.
• At least 2 years of working experience as an Industrial/Automotive finish spray painter is required.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work in rotating shifts (including night shift).
• Must be able to work weekends and PH.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft spray painting on commercial aircraft and component parts.
• Prepare surfaces by filling, sanding, cleaning and masking.
• Mix and thin paint and coatings; spray primer and final coat.
• Inspect aerospace components after painting to ensure quality.

Job description

To perform aircraft spray painting on commerical aircraft and component parts. Experience in spraying with HVLP guns and using paint pots. Responsible for prepping, masking/unmasking, painting and inspecting aerospace components. Able to spray paint manufactured parts or assemblies. Prepare metal/composite surfaces to be painted by filling, sanding, cleaning and masking parts. Mix and thin paint and coatings as required. Spray primer and final paint or coating using a spray gun application.
