Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a hands-on NDT technician to perform X-Ray and FPI inspections on aircraft engine components.

You will interpret instructions, calibrate equipment, review test orders, and ensure part acceptance according to NAS 410/EN 4179 or equivalent RT certifications. This role requires strong practical RT experience, willingness to be based in Singapore, and compliance with safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum "O" Levels or equivalent.
• Willing to be based in Singapore.
• Strong hands-on RT experience required.
• Certification in X-Ray (RT/FPI/ MT/PT) per NAS 410/ EN 4179 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-Ray / FPI inspections on aircraft engine components.
• Interpret work instructions and make decisions on acceptance / rejection of parts.
• Work with written instructions, operations sheets, SOPs, engineering drawings and quality procedures using X-Ray / FPI NDT methods.
• Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment and perform daily system checks.
• Use NDT inspection methods to ensure quality and review test orders to determine type of test and part acceptability criteria.
• Participate in CIP projects, audit preparations and process reports for corrective actions.
• Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.
