Job description
Jet Aviation (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd – Seletar

Join Jet Aviation as an Aircraft Maintenance Planner, where you'll play a key role in supporting project planning, scheduling, and documentation for aircraft maintenance activities. Working closely with the Team Lead and cross-functional departments like PMO, MRO, SCM, Tool Store, and Billing, you'll be involved in end-to-end project coordination — from kick-off and daily operations to delivery and project closure — all in compliance with aviation regulations, customer requirements, and internal procedures. This is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic, hands‑on role within the aviation industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Take ownership of project preparation after quotation approval, coordinating with the Quotation team.

Prepare work packages, schedules, and allocate resources for maintenance execution.

Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and SCM to manage parts, tooling, and equipment availability.

Collaborate with MRO and Project Managers to develop and update project plans and GANTT charts.

Identify critical paths, constraints, and manpower needs; facilitate meetings to resolve issues during execution.

Manage work orders, raise Additional Work Requests (AWR), and verify parts pricing as needed.

Monitor project progress, budgeted vs. planned hours, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Coordinate with billing for invoices, down payments, and credit notes as per contract.

Handle all project documentation and communicate work packages to customers.

Support resolution of customer disputes and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Work independently while ensuring project goals are met.

What you bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent aviation experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in aviation with strong technical knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer‑focused with good business and financial awareness
  • Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative mindset
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)®, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification highly preferred
