The Role:

As an Aircraft Technician specializing in Module/ Component Sentencing, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and airworthiness of aerospace components through detailed inspections and assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of aircraft components.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and engine manuals to assess part conditions.
  • Identify components that require further Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) due to suspected cracks or defects.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation standards and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to determine component serviceability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in inspection processes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with safety protocols.

Operating within a structured shift pattern: Morning-Morning, Afternoon-Afternoon, Off-Off.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual with a strong understanding of aerospace components. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Prior experience in aircraft component inspection or a related technical field.
  • Ability to read and interpret English technical manuals and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with aviation standards and inspection procedures.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise across various teams and levels.
  • A proactive approach to identifying defects and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including early mornings and late nights.
  • Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Able to handle manual tasks and inspections.
