A leading aviation services company in Singapore is seeking an Aircraft Technician (Component Repair). Responsibilities include maintenance and repair of aircraft engine parts, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates must have a diploma in engineering and at least 2 years of experience in the aviation industry. The role requires mechanical and electrical training and the ability to work in a hot environment with rotating shifts.

Position: Aircraft Technician (Component Repair)
Job Description
Include Blasting , Chemical Cleaning , Steam Cleaning and Vibro polishing.
Assist cell leader to manage production WIP and all operational requipment.
Task mentioned above woll not be suitable for candiate with medical history related to skin problem , asthma, bone fracture etc.
Must able to work in hot enviroment.
Hardworking and willing to learn.
Must be phyiclly strong anf prepare to work shift.
Perform a variety of duties to plan, set up, mask, and spray parts to meet production requirements.
Mask and/or grit blast part to prepare for coating.
Use judgement in determining proper flow and speed of spray for the best results and compliance with all specifications.
Perform incoming inspection prior to spray
Plasma preparation such as Mask, Grit blast, machine set up and perform coating spray as per work instruction
Update Plasma log-book and prepare lab coupon submission form
Follow work instructions, comply with all quality requirements and safety rules and regulations during course of duties.
Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area.
Complete production paper work and systems transactions using MS Words, Excel and SAP
Perform inspection and repairson aircraft engine compressor and turbine blades.
Conduct heat treatment, welding, and repairson aircraft engine parts.
Perform machining and profilingof cold-section compressor airfoils.
Minimum diploma in engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant certificates.
At least 2 years of working experience in the aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper.
Mechanically and electrically trained (maintenance).
Exposure on wide bodied airframes, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircrafts.
Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable.
