Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced VP, Regulatory Capital Reporting (AIRB) to join our client's Regulatory Reporting team in Singapore. The role oversees end-to-end AIRB regulatory capital reporting, ensuring accuracy, governance, and compliance, while driving automation and data quality improvements.

Collaborating with Risk Modelling, Treasury, Finance, Data Management, and Technology, you will deliver key metrics such as RWA, PD, LGD, EAD, EL, and capital requirements, translating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in regulatory reporting or Basel reporting.
• Familiarity with AIRB frameworks and Basel requirements.
• Strong SQL and data quality focus; automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review AIRB regulatory capital reports and disclosures.
• Support calculation, validation, and reporting of key metrics (RWA, PD, LGD, EAD, EL).
• Translate regulatory requirements into reporting logic, controls, and processes.
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and data quality reviews.
• Drive automation and reporting transformations with SQL, Python, Alteryx.
