We are seeking an experienced Air/Sea Freight Operation Officer to join our team at KGL SINGAPORE PTE LTD. This is a full‑time position based in the Changi East Region. As an Air/Sea Freight Operation Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of air/sea cargo shipments for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and manage the air/sea Freight forwarding process, including booking space, preparing documentation, and liaising with airlines/shipping lines and customs authorities.

Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate with clients regarding updates and any issues that may arise.

Ensure all shipments are handled in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to air/sea cargo movements.

Assist with the resolution of any claims or discrepancies that may occur.

Collaborate with the broader logistics team to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.
