Job Scope

• Handle end-to-end air freight import or export operations, from booking to shipment departure

• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and customers on shipment arrangements

• Prepare and process air export documentation (AWB, invoice, packing list, permits, etc.)

• Arrange cargo booking, space confirmation, and flight schedules

• Liaise with warehouse and transport teams for cargo collection and loading

• Ensure compliance with customs, airline, and regulatory requirements

• Track shipment status and provide updates to customers

• Resolve operational issues and handle shipment discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records and system entries

• Support billing, invoicing, and cost control for air export shipments

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Relevant 1–3 years of experience in air freight import or export operations within a freight forwarding industry

• Familiar with air freight procedures, documentation, and Incoterms

• Knowledge of airline booking processes and customs regulations

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented with good time management skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline
