Responsibilities

• Airline Interaction: Communicate with airlines for rate negotiations and booking requests.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to provide pricing options and discuss air freight costs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Contract Management: Track and manage air freight contracts with carriers, ensuring adherence to agreed rates and terms.
• Pricing Model Maintenance: Maintain and update pricing databases to reflect current market conditions, contract agreements, and operational cost changes.

Requirements

• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of air freight market dynamics, regulations, and operational procedures.
