Job summary

Jober Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HVAC technician responsible for repair and routine maintenance of equipment, building facilities, and HVAC systems across offices and facilities. You will coordinate with contracted HVAC vendors to ensure systems function perfectly, perform inspections, and implement preventive maintenance including refrigerants, cooling towers, and control systems.

This role requires hands-on experience with electrical wiring, gauges, and related HVAC

Qualifications

• Experience in repair and maintenance of HVAC equipment and building facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges and control systems.
• Knowledge of refrigerants, motors, wiring, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on equipment, building facilities and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with contracted HVAC vendors to ensure systems function correctly.
• Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Conduct maintenance checks on HVAC systems, clean components, lubricate bearings, and repair parts as needed.
• Adjust airflow controls and replace filters or components to maintain optimal performance.
