A leading human resource advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Air Export Executive to provide excellent customer service, ensure compliance with export regulations, and manage flight details. Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in air export or a similar field.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and reliable customer service.
• Ensure timely provision of flight details to customers.
• Check export document compliance and process work orders.
• Apply for correct export permits in a timely manner.
• Answer all calls within 3 rings.
• Monitor onboard status and inform customers of any issues.
• Maintain good communication with all relevant departments.
• Ensure airfreight rates are accurate and updated.
• Stay updated on changes by airlines and government requirements.
• Submit monthly customer reports punctually.

Air Export Executive | Up to $3.5k | 5.25Days | Changi

• Working Location: Alps Ave (Changi)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm | Alt Sat 9am-1pm
• Basic Salary: $2500-$3500

Customer Service Interaction

• Direct Contact with Customers with outstanding friendly and reliable service offered
• Ensuring to provide the flight details to customer within the stipulated time (1 hour) upon receiving the booking
• Check on the Export Documents Compliance when processing the export work order
• Apply the correct export permit and other export custom processed on timely manner
• To answers all call within 3 ringing tone
• Monitor the onboard status and to informed customer on any irregularity
• Good communication among all related department concern Eg Ops , Warehouse , Traffic , planning team
• Always ensuring that the Airfreight rates apply is correct and updated.
• Constantly aware and update on NEW changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement
• Ensure that all monthly customer report is submitted on timely manner

Requirements

• 2 year's experience within the same industries / field
• Require basic knowledge of computer (eg , Execl , Words etc.)
