Job summary

Tencent is seeking a researcher to develop large-scale video world models in Singapore. You will design training datasets, craft foundational model algorithms, and optimize pre-training, SFT, and RL, while evaluating model capabilities and exploring practical downstream applications.

Applicants should have a strong background in deep learning, with experience in diffusion or autoregressive models, and a track record in large-model R&D. Collaborative, curious professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related field.
• Solid foundation in deep learning algorithms and large model R&D.
• Experience with diffusion and autoregressive models, or publications in top conferences.
• Familiarity with implementation details of deep learning networks and optimization for training/inference.
• Participation in ACM/NOIP competitions is desirable.
• Strong learning, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in R&D of large-scale video world models and design training datasets.
• Develop foundational model algorithms and optimize pre-training, SFT, and RL.
• Evaluate model capabilities and explore downstream application scenarios.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose principled solutions to accelerate development.
