Brief Summary

Join an innovative team as a UX & UI Experience Designer and Tester, where you'll shape user-friendly interfaces for cutting-edge AI and digital transformation projects. Play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and driving impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and contextual inquiries to identify user needs and AI product requirements.

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to guide design solutions.

• Create interaction models, wireframes, screen designs, prototypes, and UI specifics that enhance usability and user engagement.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to co-design aligned solutions within project parameters.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, incorporating feedback from sprints into ongoing design refinements.

• Design and execute usability testing plans, including task-based testing and surveys; analyze results for actionable insights.

• Maintain design documentation, such as design systems and screen specifications tailored for AI interfaces.

• Monitor user experience post-implementation and propose iterative improvements.

• Stay informed on current UX/UI trends and AI design patterns to continuously enhance solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 5 - 8 years of experience in UI/UX design and usability testing.

• Proficiency in customer/user journey mapping and experience flows.

• Familiarity with AI, analytics, or process automation is advantageous.

• Experience in workshop facilitation and storytelling for design justification preferred.

• Knowledge in designing conversation flows, error handling, and multi-turn interactions for AI chatbots or virtual assistants is a plus.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and familiar with usability testing techniques, prototyping, and wireframing.
