Baker Tilly International in Singapore seeks a motivated AI Implementation Intern to aid AI adoption and governance across the organisation. You will work with business and operational teams to identify AI opportunities, deploy tools, document workflows, and drive user adoption.

You'll gain hands-on experience in AI transformation, data management, and change management, while contributing to meaningful business initiatives and learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Data Science.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Assist in evaluating and implementing AI tools and platforms across various business functions.
• Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of AI applications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and document findings.
• Monitor AI solution performance and suggest improvements.
• Review existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and AI enhancements.
• Map workflows and document current and future-state processes.
• Assist in developing AI use cases and business requirements.
• Prepare, clean, and organise data used for AI applications.
• Support knowledge bases and prompt libraries; create governance documentation and usage guidelines.
• Develop user guides and training materials; conduct demonstrations and onboarding activities.
• Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders on AI adoption initiatives.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and prepare reports for management.
